Seamless aluminum pipe is made primarily from aluminum alloys, usually 1050, 6061, or 6063, which vary in composition. For example, the 6061 alloy typically contains 97.9-99.6% aluminum, 0.8-1.2% magnesium, 0.4-0.8% silicon, and 0.15-0.4% copper. These tubes exhibit excellent mechanical properties such as high strength, corrosion resistance and luminescence properties. The tensile strength ranges from 170-310 MPa, while the yield strength is usually between 150-275 MPa depending on the alloy. Width varies from 8-20%, ensuring good formability. These features make seamless aluminum pipe ideal for energy-demanding applications and environmental resistance.
