Other elements include manganese (Mn) up to 0.6%, magnesium (Mg) up to 0.6%, and iron (Fe) up to 0.5%. The mechanical properties of Aluminium 2024 square bars are excellent, exhibiting a tensile strength of around 470 MPa and a yield strength of approximately 420 MPa, making them suitable for structural applications.
